Dr. Sultan began practicing medicine in the metropolitan St. Louis area in 1975 as a pediatrician.

Beginning in 1979 he incorporated Environmental Medicine into his practice and since then has been treating children and adults suffering from many chronic ailments.

Dedicated To Finding The Cause

Dr. Sultan’s approach is very simple: “Find the cause and treat the cause – that’s how patients will actually get better”

This approach fundamentally differs from the care that most patients receive which is to treat with medications that merely suppress symptoms. Examples of symptom-suppressing treatments would be antacids for heartburn, inhalers for asthma, or pain relievers for headaches. So, you stay stuck in the sickness mode. the essence is that if you want to get well, you should address the cause
