Shipping Policy

General Information

• Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt except allergy extracts. For allergy extracts allow 2 weeks to prepare.
• Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday 11AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).
• We find that 95% of our customers that live within the continental United States receive their order within three to five business days of shipment!

US Shipping Methods

Continental United States:  Sent via USPS – First Class or Priority Mail (customer selected).

Here are the shipping times after the package has been shipped:

• First Class (1-4 Business Days)
• Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
