The key concept presented in these web pages is that for a recovery, a real recovery you have to find the cause and treat the cause.  Here we give you a summary of all that and a simple way to think through  your health problems and realize after all it is not that bad and many people who had been worse then you have recovered.  However they needed to change their mindset from treating the symptoms to treating the cause.  Here is a quick overview:


Most chronic illnesses result from environmental, nutritional, dietary, and hormonal factors. If you want to:
 

  1. Get rid of your symptoms,
  2. Get rid of your drugs,
  3. Get rid of the physician (virtually)
you have to pay attention to these factors. The same thing applies to your family, children, friends, and coworkers.

As to the origin and successful treatment of chronic illness, it cannot get simpler than that.

How to get well?  Follow these three rules:

RULE # 1

Put this paper on your refrigerator door or bathroom mirror, read it once a day in the morning until you or your family and children have achieved that optimal wellness for which you aspire.

RULE #2

Read these two Tack Laws daily:

  1. If you are sitting on a tack, it takes a lot of psychotherapy to make it feel good.
  2. If you are sitting on two tacks, removing just one does not result in 50% improvement.

Moral:

As long as you are having problems, you are sitting on tacks. Try to figure out what they are.

RULE #3

If you want to ignore these two rules, you can eat, drink, smoke, and breathe anything you want because we have a "magic pill" for everything. Enjoy your pills!

    1. Control: Successful patients take control of their health. They do not feel helpless. They know that headache is not aspirin deficiency nor is depression a Prozac deficiency.
    2. Commitment: They feel they are committed to getting well and act accordingly.
    3. Change: They view change as a challenge to be met and conquered. They read and study voraciously.
    4. Communications: When they get well, they communicate enthusiastically with their loved ones and friends what has gotten them well and guide them toward the path to wellness.

    IN ORDER TO GET BETTER CUT THE "CRAP" OUT OF YOUR LIFE:

    C = caffeine, cigarettes and chemicals
    R = refined sugar and refined flour products
    A = alcohol
    P = processed foods first and prescription drugs later on
