Our purpose is to provide you with the highest quality and most lasting medical care possible. Our goal is restoration of your health. In our practice, we take care of people and not just the diseases.

Allergy injections may be given until 15 minutes before office hours end.

Fees and Payment Policy:
In an effort to keep medical costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment plans for the use of our patients. Fees may be paid as follows:
Insurance:
If you have insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to us.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. Ultimately, the balance on your account is your responsibility.
Appointments:
Patients are seen by appointment only. The office telephone number is 314-921-5600. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment please notify us immediately. If possible, please give us 24 hours' notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to offer the best service to all our patients.
Recall:
We believe in the importance of regular preventive care. As a service to our patients, we have adopted a customized recall program suited to each individual's needs.
Smoking and Scented Products:
Due to the nature of our practice, we ask that you refrain from smoking or wearing scented products while in our office. Thank you.
