We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. EHAC-St. Louis bills most insurance companies including most HMO's with out-of-network benefits. We are a usual and customary provider for Blue Cross & Blue Shield.

When you call for your first appointment, our staff will work with you to determine your insurance benefits. Keep in mind that insurance companies do not guarantee payment of your services -- they only inform us of what your benefits are. After 60 days, you are responsible for any unpaid costs billed to your insurance company.

SimpleCare© is a special savings plan for patients with no insurance or those who are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO's with no out of network benefits.  To hold down costs, we do not submit claims to these insurers, and HMO patients with no out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with a receipt so you may be able submit your claim to these companies (except Medicare and Medicaid).

With SimpleCare© you pay for your medical services at time of service. This eliminates insurance billing, patient billing, and administrative expenses related to preparation of claims. For you, it means saving 20%. You may enroll in SimpleCare© at your first visit. There is no charge to enroll and you immediately begin saving 20%.
